Galactic Masters

A "Galactic Master" is a title for a person who did a great deed for the empire, it is an Alcarian tradition from the time before the dividing into two empires, both sides have Galactic Masters.

The technology in both empires is very advanced (more then for example Star Trek) and magic / psi abilities are also included so that we have a lot of interesting playground for new ideas.
